My research focuses on expanding the application of experiential learning theory to new areas including leadership, resilient learning, and organizational crisis.
My current research involves resilient learning through learning routines which are five factors that support initiating, sustaining, and increasing effort toward learning.
This includes understanding the role that emotions play in learning from experience and how emotions can support or hinder learning in the face of challenges, setbacks, and hurdles.
